What you need to know before the exercises

In this lesson: Distinguish qualitative, quantitative discrete and continuous data and calculate absolute and relative frequencies.

How to proceed: Qualitative data describe categories; quantitative discrete data come from counting; quantitative continuous data come from measurement. For relative frequency divide the count by the total.

You can already assume: Counting; percentages recommended.

Try it now

Classify the variable and calculate the frequencies of the indicated value.
